| Ok this fun little hack is to allow you to use 2 9v batteries in your warp at 9v x2mAh. This gets you a bit better battery life AND no more battery snaps. | |

Ok here is our parts doner. A broken X-Board. |

Here we have removed the icky BE parts we
don't need.
We are left with the 2 9v spring connectors. Use a dremel tool and a sanding disk to take a small bit of the plating off the area we will be soldering to. |

Here I have made the connections between the 2 connectors I chose to be the + side of the sping plate. Watch your heat here as teh plastic will melt quickly |

Ok here we have both wires soldered up. Cover
with some hot glue AKA Angel Tech in a Stick.
|
![]() Here we trimmed the edge of one side. Trim
the edge EVEN with the rest of the casing. You may have to hand trim to fix when you do
your placement. |

Ok here is one thing you have to watch out for. No spacing the batteries correctly. This can cause some consistance or run issues. |

Here we check the front side for issues and it looks good here. Also alway make you warp for Polarity just to be one the safe side. |

Here I used an old broken up battery door as
the side spacer. You can use high density foam or cardboard. But it has to be stiff.
Make sure not to pinch wires and watch your wire runs. BTW - I just cut the snap connector off the warp side and straight soldered the wires together. |
| So there you have it. 2 9 Volts @ 9v, better run life and easier install and removal for storage. Something else that would be easy to install at this point would have been a good quality on off toggle switch. I would have on this one but I was out of Stock on them. | |
